What are your fees?

- An upfront $100 (non-refundable) annual registration fee is charged with every new registration and upon renewal. The $100 fee will be applied to the cost of placement fees only and is good for one year. If placement does not occur the client or family will forfeit the fee for the time spent processing the application.
- All placement fees are a one-time flat rate to allow for adequate compensation to nannies and sitters and are due in full prior to or on the first day of childcare services. Payments can be made via Square, or major credit cards (i.e.—Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover).
- For long-term placements 4 months or greater:
—$2000 4-12 months
—$3000 over 12 months - For short-term placements 3 months or less
—$1000 - Sitter Service Fee (for weekend getaways, date nights, spin class, etc.)
—$30 Agency booking fee for each day of service with 72 hours or more notice
—$50 for less than 72-hour notice
—$20 monthly membership fee with bookings at least 48 hours in advance - Other Services
—$500 Nanny Finder Fee (does not include access to background checks, vetting, contract formation, testing services, and refund policy will not apply)
—$250 Event Booking Fee
Can I get a refund?
Even though we strive to make the best matches we know sometimes changes may be necessary. If your Extraordinary long-term Nanny resigns or is terminated within 90 days, we will replace the Nanny for free. If your Extraordinary short-term Nanny or On-call Sitter resigns or is terminated within 30 days, we will replace the Nanny or On-call Sitter for free. No fees will be refunded.
Do you offer discounts?
10% off placement fee for medical providers (Nurses and Doctors), First responders, Teachers, and Military.
Do you employ your sitters and nannies?
Good Purpose 8:28 nannies & sitters does not employ nannies or sitters. They are the employee of the family to whom they provide childcare services.
Does the agency pay my sitter or nanny for services?
All wages shall be paid, in full, by the client or family receiving services directly to the nanny, or sitter.
Do I have to pay employment tax?
All employment-related taxes shall be paid by the family or client to the nanny or sitter.
